Christian Fischer was extremely helpful in negotiating the deal, inclusions, colour etc and was very generous with his time. It was unfortunate that delivery of the vehicle was delayed beyond date scheduled for collection and one accessory was not available for several weeks. Dennis’s service on pick up and directions on using each feature was very comprehensive. Whole team at Hornsby Mazda were very friendly and helpful (Jason on initial inquiry, Christian to close deal, finance team, reception, other sales people, test drive companion etc).

We live on the northern beaches and visited our local dealer as our first choice as it would be easier with servicing and also good to support a local business . We had done our research and planned to go out and buy that day. We were ignored while we walked around the dealership twice. Even though it was a quiet sunday morning. We then asked for some help and a young guy helped us, he was very friendly and assisted us with a test drive.
After researching online later that day we called Hornsby Mazda to enquire about an advertised demo. We spoke to Christian Fischer, he was very friendly and explained they had just sold the demo with finance pending but would help us out if we drove over to Hornsby. We did and we were so impressed! the welcome we received from the receptionist and all staff was very warm and professional. We then purchased a new car from Christian the same day. We would recommend Christian and the team at Hornsby Mazda to anyone for excellent service and follow up. When we picked up the car, the good service also continued with the car explained very well. We loved being able to take the balloons home to our daughter too!

Delivery was exceptional. The vehicle arrived on the wednesday prior to the saturday delivery. I was travelling to Sydney on that weekend, Hornsby Mazda pulled out all the stops to have the vehicle ready for collection. Could not be happier. Rod Newbrun was the most professional car sales person i have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I will be returning to Hornsby Mazda if the chance presents itself to buy another car.

Due to an accident in my first Mazda 3, i was left without a car for approximately 3 weeks whilst my insurance company organised the replacement car. I was extremely happy with the quick service i received once the issue was left in Hornsby Mazda’s hands. I knew exactly what stage the new car was at as soon as it was it hit Sydney docks. I couldn’t of asked for better service.

The whole team at Mazda Hornsby in particular Rod Newbrun were exceptional i will certainly give them first shot at any future car purchases i do, i like a new car every 5 years or less so i am hoping for many happy dealings with Hornsby Mazda, i have had 5 new cars and found this sales team the best i have ever dealt with they offered all the accessories but were not overly pushy like other dealers they tried to sell me add ons but i was adamant before they tried that i would say no due to cost constaints and they took my no very graciously, they were so nice i nearly bought some extras just because they did not do a hard sell, they tried to sell in a very proffesional manner without trying to make me feel silly if i said no like some other dealers, very very pleased with every single aspect of my dealings with the Hornsby Mazda team

The only reason i have no not applicable on delivery was that i couldn’t pick it up as i was in hospital after the early birth of my son. However my father who picked the car up was very impressed. The picture Jason emailed me of the car all ready was just lovely as was the flowers included to welcome the birth of my son!

The sales person Li Tong was attentative and professional but not pushy making the selection and then purchase of the car a good experience. Some of your competitors were knocked off my list because of my experience with their sales people rather than a deficiency in their car. Li and Hornsby Mazda were very good and then allowed your car to speak for itself.

The car was a delight to drive and I am sure we will enjoy every minute driving it. Not only did it feel great on the road but it also looks great as well and I am very pleased with it. The attitude of Christian Fischer to us on all occasions was terrific. This also goes for other members of the Hornsby Mazda staff we met. Our situation was a little different as we had travelled down to Sydney from Tweed Heads and felt that our kia rio would let us down if we attempted to drive home. We completed all contracts on the 3rd december as we were booked to sail on a cruise on the 4th december returning 18th. Delivery date was 20th december and the car was on the showroom floor with a big red bow on the bonnet wating for us.
