The service was excellent, I had thought I was going to purchase a Toyota and instead have a Mazda! the Hornsby Mazda team knew their product, had a good brochure, had a car to test drive, not pushy, very professional, it was an enjoyable process!

As I was buying the car for my daughter the sales person went to special lengths to make it exciting for her to be getting her first car. Dennis did this with a big red ribbon on the car, balloons and taking photos. He turned it into a special/memorable occasion for her.
