Mazda Sales Success Continues

Our Mazda 2, 3 and CX-7 models are no.1 in their respective segments and the sensational Mazda 3 is the overall no.1 selling car in our local area. Our superb Mazda 6 is a close second in the medium car segment and our other models are all very close to the top!

Mazda’s share of the local market is a great testament to the strength of the Mazda Brand and the quality and desirability of the vehicles they build!!

We have a wonderful team of people and clear direction as an organisation – exceptional Customer Service is a fundamental part of the way Hornsby Mazda does business.

Remarkably Hornsby Mazda employs 5 of the top 10 Mazda Sales Consultants nationally – again we have a wonderful team – great colleagues!!!

The Situation in Japan
japanese flag 300 Autumn 2011As we all know the Japanese people suffered one of the worst natural disasters in history – absolutely devastating!!Japanese manufacturing – the global benchmark for precision and efficiency was in chaos as the global manufacturing giants worked to understand the impact on their own facilities and their supply chains.Mazda Corporation maintained excellent communication with Mazda Australia and their Dealer network – both immediately after the event and in months following.

One week’s news was often different the next – quite understandable!!

Now the situation has settled the latest news is very positive – the supply of new Mazda vehicles into Australia is virtually 100% recovered  – for Mazda Australia and Hornsby Mazda it is now “business as usual!”

Hornsby Mazda in the Community
Since our last Newsletter Hornsby Mazda has again been actively out and about in the community. We have participated in loads of community programs including;Careflight Logo Web Autumn 2011

  • sydney chinese lions Autumn 2011The Chinese Lions Ball which raised around $80,000 for Careflight -a wonderful organisation. One of our Team, Dennis Chai is an active member of Sydney Chinese Lions – this is Hornsby Mazda’s 3rd year supporting the ChineseLions Fundraiser Ball.
  • TCancer Council3 Autumn 2011bunnings warehouse Autumn 2011he Bunning’s Dural Cancer Council fundraiser – hosted by Tara Dennis the event raised money for the Cancer Council Information Centre at the San Hospital in Wahroonga. Hornsby Mazda Team Members, Rhiannon Bosma, Corrie Taylor and Holly Laing-Peach helped organise and staff the event.
  • novus foundation Autumn 2011The Novus Foundation Ball raising money to drive youth programs in the local area – a phenomenal gathering of local business!!
  • rotary Autumn 2011Opera by the Lake at Fagan Park – a charity fundraiser organised by the Rotary Club of Galston. Again Rhiannon, Corrie and Holly were involved in this very worthy fundraiser!!

We also sponsored a fun event – the 75th anniversary of the Gordon Golf Club!! Rod Newbrun, one of our great colleagues organised a fundraiser for the day – we nicknamed them SOGGY GOLFERS – Gordon Golf Club has never seen so much rain…
