TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

 01. Information on how to enter and prize form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry. 02. Entry is free and open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who complete an entry form. 03. To enter the draw, eligible entrants must test drive a new or used car at Hornsby Mazda and complete in full the entry form supplied by Hornsby Automotive Group, trading as Hornsby Mazda – the promoter. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. 04. Each eligible entrant is limited to one entry in the draw. Employees and their immediate families of the promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. 05. The promotion will commence on 21/3/2010 at 9.00am (Sydney time) and will conclude on 30/6/2010 at midnight (Sydney time). The winner will be notified by telephone, email or mail. The winner will be published in the Hills Shire Times on the 7/7/2010. The promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 06. The first eligible entry drawn will win a $750 gift voucher to any Peppers resort in NSW. The prize winner will be decided by their entry being drawn from a barrel by the management of Hornsby Mazda. This will take place at the offices of Hornsby Mazda at 64-70 Pacific Highway Waitara NSW 2077 on the 1/7/2010 at 10am (Sydney time). 07. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The gift voucher is valid for use between 10/7/2010 and 10/7/2011 and is subject to the usual booking terms and conditions of Peppers Resort Hunters – Vouchers must be redeemed in full within the validity period; any unused balance will not be refunded or credited on expiry. Vouchers are to be treated like cash; defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts. Must be redeemed before expiry date shown on voucher. Will be void and may not be redeemed after expiry date; cannot be reloaded. Not redeemable for a purchase of under $20. Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Unused balance on expiry of the voucher will not be refunded or credited. If purchase exceeds available voucher balance, you must make up difference with another payment method. You are liable for all transactions on your voucher except to extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or any of our employees. Changes to Terms of Use will be available on the website or at call the customer service desk. Visit the customer service desk if you have any reason to believe an error has occurred in relation to your voucher. Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. The voucher number must be mentioned while making a booking. Bookings must be made directly with the relevant property and not via a third party. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed online or through Peppers Central Reservations. Minimum stays apply at certain times. For the voucher to be valid it must be presented upon check in with the Voucher Wallet and the Voucher card. 08. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry, subject to any written directions under state and territory legislation. 09. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 10. By participating in the promotion, each entrant also agrees that the promoter may also use the information to assist the promoter in improving goods and services and to contact entrants in the future with special offers via any medium including mail and commercial electronic messages. The promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. By entering this promotion, each entrant agrees that their personal information may be used in the manner described above. 11.
